  1. The current trend in local Kentucky shows is for every band to make "finals". You know what I mean: there are 7 bands in a contest. Each band performs once in the afternoon and then again that night. There is a break in between for supper and I assume the concessions make a little more money, but I bet a lot of people eat in the parking lot or leave for a restaurant. My questions is this: what's a better name than "finals"? To me, the term "finals" means some groups get cut and the evening show is only the very best.
